1. In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients well.
Place potatoes in a plastic bag (either a used supermarket bag or a large zip lock bag)
2. Pour the dry ingredients in the bag, tie the top and shake well till the flour mixture is evenly distributed throughout the potato slices.
3. Deep fry till golden brown.
4. Remove and place on paper towel to rid of excess oil
5. Add salt to taste and sprinkle with garlic powder.
5 potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 cup gram flour
1 tsp garlic powder
2 cups cooking oil
1 handful of dhania
2 cloves of garlic
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
Throw all these ingredients in a blender and mix till a smooth consistency.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
